Appointment Scheduling
- Emergency patients are given same-day appointments when requested. They are worked into the schedule as expeditiously and efficiently as possible, being respectful of everyone's time.
- Most denture and partial repairs are returned within 24-hours.
- We ask for 24-hour notice when you are unable to keep an appointment.
- We are usually able to give non-emergency patients an appointment within 2 weeks from the date contacted
Financial Arrangements
- We expect payment at the time services are rendered.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards with Visa or MasterCard log & personal checks.
- We offer financing through several financial institutions to credit worthy individuals in some cases with 0% interest.
- We accept ALL MAJOR Fee-For-Service dental insurance and a select number of managed care plans.
- We also accept medicaid.
- Discounts for senior citizens.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES
- For Established Patients with an emergency, please call 1-800-873-8737. Inform the operator that you would like to send a text message to (314) 405-0010. Please include your Name, Phone Number and Nature of your call. No numeric pages will be accepted.
- For New Patients with emergencies please leave your Name, Phone number and the nature of your call and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
